Uttar Pradesh State Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra inaugurated ‘Rahat Vani Kendra’ (RVC), an observatory for early disaster warning.
Its objective is to provide early disaster warning, forecasting, ensure timely relief delivery and direct benefit transfer of compensation to the victims.
It has been set up in Lalbagh area of Lucknow where a team of six personnel is working.
