judicial interference is prohibited under Article 329(B).
Article 329(b) prohibits judicial interference in the functioning of the Commission in the midst of the election process.

functioning of the Commission in the midst of the election process.
The conduct of elections to Parliament or State Legislatures or the results must be challenged through a legal process called an “election petition”.
