Ganga Vilas Cruise
- The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi flagged off the World’s Longest River Cruise-MV Ganga Vilas, from Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh to Dibrugarh in Assam via Bangladesh; and also inaugurated the Tent City at Varanasi via video conferencing on January 13, 2023.
- The Ganga Vilas cruise on its longest river journey of 51 days will cover (3,200 km) 27 river systems and visit over 50 tourist sites including World Heritage Sites.
