First Commercial Launch For LMV-3

On 23rd October 2022 Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched its heaviest rocket Launch Vehicle Mark 3 (LVM3 or GSLV Mark 3). It successfully orbited 36 satellites of UK-based OneWeb.
It was the first such mission of NSIL and LMV3.
This was to date the heaviest payload mass of 5,796 kg. of LVM3.

About LMV3

It is designed for launching a 4,000-kilogram class of satellites into GTO (Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit) and 8,000 kgs of payloads into LEO.
It is a three-stage launch vehicle.
